At Bizzy Lizzy’s Preserves, our mission is to create delicious, handcrafted preserves using quality ingredients, celebrating the rich culinary heritage and produce of Cornwall.

We aspire to be a leading name in artisan preserves, recognised for our commitment to quality, tradition, and sustainable practices in every jar.

Lizzy’s journey began in 2003, in her kitchen on the Roseland Peninsular, whilst bringing up her 2 young children. She prides herself in using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.

Specializing in a variety of products, including jams, marmalades, chutneys, jellies and fruit vinegars, we operate on a small-batch principle to ensure quality.

With a commitment to excellence, she continue to innovate her range while honouring the traditional methods that sets Bizzy Lizzy’s Preserves apart.
