Bizzy Lizzy’s has been creating handmade jams, chutneys, marmalades and preserves, in her kitchen in Cornwall, on The Roseland Peninsular, since 2003.
Every batch is carefully prepared using traditional recipes, quality ingredients, locally supplied or grown where possible, and the same attention to detail that has built our reputation over more than two decades.
From classic favourites to unique seasonal creations, our preserves bring a taste of Cornwall to every table.
Jams & Marmalades
Traditional and interesting jams and marmalades made in small batches using quality fruit and family recipes.
As well as toast, bread and scones, use it in yoghurts, rice pudding and porridge oats, pancakes, cake fillings, meat glazes, ice cream toppings and in pastries, or to add toa a sweet salad dressings
Chutneys & Jellies
Delicious chutneys and sweet/savoury jellies, perfect with cheese, cold or hot meats and burgers, sandwiches, as a dip, with curry and everyday meals to elevate the taste of a dish.
Fruit Flavoured Vinegars
Unique vinegars infused with delicious Cornish grown fruit. Great for salads dressings and coleslaws, in marinades, drizzled over meats, roasted vegetables and goats or cream cheeses and some even pour it over ice cream and other deserts and to liven up fizzy water and cocktails.
